I am Helene Fruhwirth, a professional mtb rider and MTB coach from Austria. I love to ride fast downhill and to jump. But I also like to teach my skills others. I am a competitive person so I am thankfull that I can call myself a 4 cross pro tour overall winner and world championships bronze medalist.
